What actually happens at the All Parts at the Table Workshop.

One live weekend. Developmental Parts Mapping run on your own body before you try to hold it for anyone else's. Here's the architecture of the room.

I want the workshop. I want to know what it actually is before I enroll. I'm tired of vague trainings that turn out to be lectures.

Client, in their own words

The All Parts at the Table Workshop is a live, in-room weekend. An intimate cohort on purpose. Developmental Parts Mapping run on your own pattern across the three days. This is not a lecture series. You are the case study.

Day one, naming the room.

We start by mapping which parts are sitting at your table right now. Not abstractly, concretely. The protector that runs your week. The part that left twice already in this training. The aged part that's been waiting. By the end of day one every person in the room has named the cast they came in with and located the developmental window each one lives in.

Day two, the renegotiation.

Day two is the work itself. Each participant is held through a Developmental Parts Mapping arc with Noura, somatic, hypnotic, parts-level, in the held 432Hz field. The rest of the cohort witnesses. The witnessing is part of the methodology, not a bystander role. You learn the protocol by watching it land in other bodies and by feeling it land in your own.

Day three, the integration.

Day three is for bringing what moved home. How to hold the new arrangement in the days after the room closes. How to spot the inevitable Week-2 flare and not collapse it. How to bring the protocol to your own clients when you're ready.

You cannot transmit a methodology you have not felt move through your own body. The weekend is the prerequisite, not the credential.

Who it's for.

  • Practitioners who want the methodology in their own body before they offer it to clients.
  • People not in practice but ready to do parts work at the developmental layer, in a small room, in real time.
  • Anyone preparing to apply for deeper certification later, this is the doorway every applicant walks through first.

$1,497 total. Three payments of $497 available. Klarna and Afterpay supported.

What you'll get from this post
  • Three days of held Developmental Parts Mapping with Noura, run on your own body.
  • A small enough room for every participant to be held individually.
  • The methodology you can carry forward into your own life or practice.
Why it works, the methodology
  • Inside-as-the-client experience is the prerequisite for transmission. You can't teach what hasn't moved through you.
  • Witnessing the protocol land in eleven other bodies teaches it differently than any text can.
  • Twelve is small enough for individual work and large enough for the field effect.
For those into the science
  • Polyvagal theory describes co-regulation between nervous systems (Porges 2011); in our rooms, group witnessing tends to deepen individual integration.[1][2][3]
  • Developmental Parts Mapping locates the age and role of each part before any intervention.[1][2][3]
