Most trauma-informed education teaches modalities as separate skill-sets. The NeuroSomatic Approach sequences them, because the nervous system does not process parts, breath, and sound in isolation. It processes them in an order.

Two-stage active breath with held-breath retention. Bypasses talk-therapy plateaus by working under the cognitive layer where the pattern is stored.
Soundbath Haven™
Seven 432 Hz crystal singing bowls delivered in a specific polyvagal arc. The order of the bowls is the regulation, not decoration. Taught in the Elevated Sound cohort ($3,497) or as a 1:1 apprenticeship with Noura ($5,497).
