Practitioner training
+Which certification is right for me?
Elevated Sound (Soundbath Haven™) is the entry point for sound facilitators. The Hypno + Breathwork Dual Cert is for practitioners integrating hypnotherapy with Breakthrough Breathwork®. Words Land Differently™ is the graduate CE layer for practitioners who already hold either credential.
+Which sound path is right for me, cohort, 1:1, or VST?
Elevated Sound ($3,497) is the group cohort: Fri virtual + Sat & Sun in-person, 4 seats per cohort, includes the full 432Hz 7-bowl set. 1:1 Sound Cert with Noura ($5,497) is a private apprenticeship, six 90-minute sessions over 8-12 weeks for practitioners who can't fly in or want a deeper private container. VST 1:1 (from $199/session) isn't a certification, it's a bowl-on-body somatic session for clients, not training. If you want to teach, choose cohort or 1:1. If you want to receive, choose VST or a Private Soundbath.
+Do I need a background in therapy or bodywork?
No. Curricula are trauma-aware and scope-explicit, with a written scope of practice, ethics agreement, and facilitator run-sheet. Applicants without a clinical background complete the same standards as licensed practitioners.
+Are payment plans available?
Yes. Elevated Sound offers a $1,500 deposit plus $1,997 balance, and Klarna + Afterpay are available on Elevated Sound, 1:1 Sound Cert, and the Dual Cert.

+How much does a private session cost?
$495 for 60 minutes, $595 for 75 minutes, $695 for 90 minutes. Private Soundbath Haven™ sessions are $495 for 60 minutes.
+How do I book?
All 1:1 bookings run through the /sessions page. Once confirmed, you'll receive a branded confirmation email and reminders.
+What is the refund policy?
See the /refund page for full terms. In short: sessions are refundable up to 48 hours before your booked time; live workshops follow the terms listed on each offer page.

+What are the four Reset programs?
The Performance Reset™ (athletes), The Stage Reset™ (performers), The Block Reset™ (creatives), and The Signal Reset™ (chronic anxiety + wired-tired). Each is six sessions across one nervous-system arc.
+What are the pricing tiers?
1:1 Private $2,997 · Group Cohort $997 · VIP One-Day $1,997. Klarna and Afterpay are available on the 1:1 and VIP tiers.
+Is this the same as therapy?
No. Mental Performance is mental-skills training, not psychotherapy. See /legal for full scope of practice.

+What is the All Parts at the Table™ Workshop?
A live weekend workshop, 12 seats, $1,497 (or 3×$497). The practitioner entry doorway into developmental parts work.
+What is Wave?
A free Active Wellness community movement class. The next one is in September, date to be announced, at Fabletics in The Shops at Santa Anita, Arcadia CA. Room capacity is limited, so the waitlist gets the date first. Details on /wave.
+Where can I find group soundbaths?
SBH group soundbaths are hosted at partnered yoga studios, who set their own pricing and registration. Private soundbaths ($495) are bookable on /sessions.

How the work is held
+Is this trauma-informed?
Yes, every offering uses invitational, consent-based language and is delivered inside a written scope of practice. Practitioner training includes ethics standards, referral pathways, and a facilitator agreement.
