1. Seller

This site and the services offered through it are provided by Elevate Mindset Mastery LLC ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"), a limited liability company with mailing address 936 E Green St Suite 102, Pasadena, California 91106, United States. By using this site or purchasing any product, program, session, or certification, you ("you", "the user", "the customer") are entering into a contract with Elevate Mindset Mastery LLC. Soundbath Haven is a brand operated by Elevate Mindset Mastery LLC.

2. Acceptance

Your continued use of this site, completion of a checkout, or attendance at a session, program, or training constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the services.

You confirm you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or that a legal guardian has authorized the purchase on your behalf), and, if purchasing on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. What we provide

We provide educational and experiential offerings: 1:1 sessions, live and recorded group programs, audio courses, soundbath instruments and accompanying training, and practitioner certifications. Specific scope, schedule, and inclusions for each offering are described on its product page and confirmed at checkout.

Our offerings are educational. They are not psychotherapy, medical care, psychiatric treatment, or a substitute for licensed mental-health care. See /legal for the full scope and medical disclaimer.

4. Payment terms

Elevate Mindset Mastery LLC is the seller of record for all orders. Payments are processed securely on our behalf by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. Stripe handles card processing, fraud protection, tax calculation, collection, filing, and remittance for buyers in supported jurisdictions, dispute handling, and customer payment support. Card and billing details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.

For one-time purchases, payment is due in full at checkout. For payment plans (e.g. All Parts at the Table Workshop 3 × $497), each scheduled installment charges automatically on the stated date. Elevated Sound is full-pay at enrollment, with Klarna and Afterpay available at checkout where eligible. Any active subscription renews at the stated interval until canceled via your account billing portal or by emailing elevatemindsetmastery@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billed period.

Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is published separately at /refund. In summary: a 14-day refund window applies to digital programs that have not yet been accessed, and recurring memberships can be canceled at any time with no further charges (no refunds on past billed months). 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or the services. You will not, and will not permit any third party to: (a) use the services for any unlawful purpose, fraud, harassment, or spam; (b) infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights; (c) interfere with the security or integrity of the site (including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing access controls); (d) reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell program content, audios, scripts, or curricula; (e) share login credentials or recordings with non-purchasers; or (f) impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity at intake or in sessions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site and within our programs, including written materials, audio recordings, video, methodology, frameworks, sequences, scripts, and branding, is the property of Elevate Mindset Mastery LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Trademarks owned by Elevate Mindset Mastery LLC include, without limitation: Elevate Mindset Mastery®, Soundbath Haven, GROUND Sequence, The Landing, Finding the Address, Planting the New Truth, Breakthrough Breathwork®: The NeuroSomatic Approach, Frequency Seal, Home State, House of Self, All Parts at the Table, Walk the Room, Meet the Family of Parts, Inner Cast, Spotify Subconscious, Hand Reunion, Dimmer Switch, Hero's Journey, SBH Sequence, The Performance Reset, The Stage Reset, The Block Reset, and CEMMP. Use of any of the above in your own marketing or services is permitted only with the corresponding active certification and IP license.

Purchase of a program grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use. All other rights are reserved.

8. User content

If you submit content through intakes, check-ins, applications, or session interactions, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely as needed to deliver the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal disclosures and we do not sell your data. See /privacy.

9. No warranties; service availability

The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Outcomes of personal-development work vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific therapeutic, professional, financial, or life results from any program, session, or certification.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Elevate Mindset Mastery LLC, its members, employees, contractors, or facilitators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate Mindset Mastery LLC from any third-party claim arising out of: (a) your unlawful use of the services; (b) content you submit; or (c) your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, a program, or a session, with or without notice, for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud or security risk; (d) repeated or serious policy violations; or (e) conduct that is unsafe, harassing, or threatening to facilitators, staff, or other participants. Where access is terminated for cause, no refund is owed beyond what is required by the Refund Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property rights.

14. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform when caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, or infrastructure failure.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
