Active Wellness by Elevate Mindset Mastery®

Free Community Class · September, date to be announced
Fabletics, The Shops at Santa Anita, Arcadia CA

Something is stuck.
Your body already knows where.

The Wave™ is a live somatic movement class. Music, breath, and unscripted movement. No choreography, no mirrors, no performance, no one grading you. Just a held room and permission for your body to move what talking about it never moved.

60 minutes · Free to attend · All bodies, all levels · No experience needed

The room is small and the date releases to the waitlist first. Bring loose clothing, water, and a willingness to look a little weird for one hour.

Pillar 01 of Active Wellness · Regulate

Why movement is the pillar most people skip

You have probably already done the work at the head level. You understand your patterns. You can name the trigger, trace it back, explain it in a sentence to a friend. And the pattern still runs. The jaw still sets. The shoulders still climb. Two in the morning still finds you awake.

That is not a failure of insight. It is a signal that the pattern is not living where you have been working. Stress completes in the body or it does not complete at all. When a nervous system mobilizes and never gets to discharge, the charge stays: as tension, as a short fuse, as fatigue that sleep does not touch, as a body that feels braced even in a quiet room.

Movement is the oldest completion the nervous system has. It came before language, before reasoning, before any of the tools you have been handed. That is why The Wave™ exists inside Active Wellness. Breath opens the gate. Sound holds the room steady. Movement is what actually carries the charge out.

This is mental performance training, run at the layer where the pattern actually lives. Athletes call it a reset. Performers call it shaking it off. We call it what it is: the body finishing a cycle it was never allowed to finish.

The 60 minutes

What actually happens in the room

  1. 00:00

    Arrive and land

Shoes off. A short orientation so nobody is guessing what is about to happen. You are told exactly what you can opt out of, and that opting out is a full participation option. Nothing is required of you but presence.

  2. 00:08

    Settle the signal

A few minutes of guided breath drawn from Breakthrough Breathwork®. Long exhale, slow pace, nothing extreme. This drops you below the thinking layer so your body, not your plan, picks the first movement.

  3. 00:15

    Activate

The music arc rises. Simple prompts only: shake, sway, reach, press, walk it out. There is no step to learn and no one demonstrating at the front. If your body wants to do the same small thing for ten minutes, that is the practice.

  4. 00:35

    Release

The peak of the arc, and the part people are surprised by. This is where the charge tends to move. Some people go big. Some people go completely still. Both are the nervous system doing its job.

  5. 00:47

    Integrate

The room comes down on purpose. Slow movement into floor rest, with sound to hold the descent. Integration is not the cooldown. It is the part that tells your system the release was safe, which is what makes it stick.

  6. 00:55

    Close

One optional share circle, five minutes, never required. Then you walk back into Arcadia with a body that feels different from the one you parked with.

What you leave with

One hour, four things you can actually use

A body that finished something

Not a concept about release. The physical experience of a charge moving through and completing. Most people notice it first in the jaw, the hands, or the breath going deeper without being told to.

Your own reset, portable

You leave knowing which movement your body reached for. That becomes yours: the thirty seconds you use in a parking lot before a hard conversation, or in a hallway between meetings.

Proof you can regulate without a script

The whole point of unstructured movement is that nobody told you what to do and your system still knew. That is the confidence people carry out of the room, and it transfers to every high-pressure moment after.

A room of people doing it with you

Regulation is co-regulated first. Standing in a room where a dozen strangers are also allowed to be exactly as awkward as they are does something no solo practice reproduces.

Where it shows up Monday

Real world application

The athlete

Between the whistle and the next play, the body has to clear the last one. Athletes who train unstructured discharge stop carrying the previous mistake into the next rep. This is the same mechanism behind The Performance Reset™.

The performer

Pre-stage nerves are mobilization looking for an exit. Give it one on purpose, in a hallway, for ninety seconds, and it stops leaking into your first line. The Stage Reset™ builds this into a full arc.

The executive and the founder

Back to back calls stack activation with no discharge between them. Sixty seconds of deliberate movement between blocks is not a wellness break. It is signal maintenance, and it is why the fourth meeting stops sounding like the third one.

The parent

The body that has been bracing since 6am does not stop bracing because bedtime arrived. Ten minutes of movement before you walk in the door changes who walks in the door.

The person who is wired and tired

If you fall asleep fine and wake at 2:47am, you are not failing at sleep. You are carrying an unfinished cycle into the night. Movement is the most direct thing you can do about it, and The Signal Reset™ is where it goes deeper.

The practitioner

You cannot hold a container for unstructured somatic permission until you have stood inside one. Facilitators come to The Wave™ to feel the arc from the floor before they run it from the front of a room.

Movement is the first language the nervous system trusts.

Who The Wave™ is for

  • People who hold a great deal in their body and have run out of words for it.
  • Anyone who has been told to just dance it out and froze every single time.
  • High performers who are excellent under pressure and exhausted underneath it.
  • Clients between 1:1 sessions who want a weekly nervous system reset.
  • Anyone curious about this work who wants the lowest possible cost of entry. This one is free.
  • Practitioners who want to receive the arc before they facilitate it.

What this is not

  • Not a dance class. There is nothing to learn and nothing to get right.
  • Not a workout. Effort is optional and stillness counts.
  • Not therapy, and not a substitute for it. This is somatic education and nervous system training.
  • Not a performance. No mirrors, no front of the room, no one watching you.
  • Not a sales room. If you want more, the doors are on this page. Nobody will pitch you on the floor.

Questions

Before you decide

It is really free?
Yes. The Wave™ is an Active Wellness community event hosted with Fabletics at The Shops at Santa Anita. There is no ticket and no card required. The only limit is room capacity, which is why the waitlist matters.
I am not a mover. Will I be the worst one there?
There is no worst one. There is nothing to execute, nobody demonstrating, and no mirror. Most first timers spend the first ten minutes swaying in one spot, and that is a complete practice.
What if I get emotional?
It happens, and the room is built for it. You will never be put on the spot, asked to explain, or made the center of attention. Noura holds the container and you are free to sit down, step back, or simply breathe.
Do I need to know anything about breathwork or sound?
No. The breath cues are short and guided, and the sound is there to hold the arc, not to be studied. Zero preparation.
Can I bring a friend?
Please do. Have them join the waitlist too so we can hold both spots.
Will there be more classes after September?
Yes. The Wave™ is becoming a recurring Active Wellness class, and the waitlist is how future dates and locations get released. Add your name once and you are on the list for all of them.
What if I want to go deeper than one class?
The Wave™ is the front door. From here people move into private sessions, Breakthrough Breathwork®, sound work, or the Mental Performance programs. Those doors are below, and nobody will push you toward one in the room.
